We have been discovering all about the Romans, from the clothes they wore to the food they ate.
In history, we explored Roman artefacts, including armour and coins, and were amazed by how heavy the armour was!
There was also time to get creative by making colourful mosaics, just like the Romans. We painted lasagne sheets in a variety of colours before carefully breaking them into smaller pieces. Everyone then had fun arranging the pieces to create their own mosaic designs.
What a fantastic way to bring our Roman learning to life while developing our creativity and discovering more about the past.
